Shipping costs
All orders are shipped via our affiliate courier BARTOLINI Express Courier (DPD).
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm GMT+1 (excepted Italian public holidays). The products will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment.
Free shipping for orders over € 219,00.

*EUROPEAN CULTURE products can be purchased online and shipped to all countries of the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU.

Returns
All returns must be authorized in advance by European Industry Srl and confirmed in writing.
Once approved, items should be returned with shipping costs covered by the customer. Once we receive the returned items, we will proceed with the refund.
Please note that any claim can be assessed only after the returned goods have been received and inspected by European Industry Srl. We will carefully review each case and respond as quickly as possible.
Replacements
Items can be replaced in accordance with the return policy described above.
When submitting your return request, please let us know which item and size you would like to receive as a replacement.
For size replacements, shipping costs are fully covered by us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will automatically create a new order and ship the replacement as soon as possible.
